Can´t access MCSELEC.COM from Brazil !! Even emails don´t wo

Sorry for post this message here, but is the only option that I have .

I´m using VPN to post this, because I can´t access MCSELEC.COM in any other way from Brasil.

Even the e-mails I sent to support shows errors like that :

<support@mcselec.com>: Host or domain name not found. Name service error for
name=mcselec.com type=MX: Host not found, try again

I know this is not the place, but no other option had resolved.
From my house, or my Office, even my cell phone can´t access mcselec.com from my city, São Paulo.

It seems to me that Brasil IP´s are blocked. I can access only with VPN, but can´t get the last version of Bascom, or access my account.

What happens if you replace mcselec.com with 95.211.129.25?
If this works, look for a different DNS.

It happened to me once too. At that time, I was able to connect via a hotspot on my phone.
An ISP may be banned due to someone else's actions (the entire address pool), in which case it is best to check it, for example on whatismyip.com, and write to support.

There are always script kiddies and other criminals that try to run scripts. They stress the server and they use a lot of sockets/connections.
This is not just 1 IP but they use several different IP from a pool. That is the moment to ban the whole pool.
Now i do not know if there is some company in Brasil that is training some AI tool or just try to archive the whole server but every block that was banned resulted in a new block with hundreds of connections. I had to reboot the server and the German forum which is hosted on the same server also became unusable.
The server must be reliable and no matter the country or cause : when single IP ban does not help a whole range is blocked.

You can provide your static IP number which you can find with whatismyIP mentioned earlier. I then check which pool and i unblock.
New abuse result in a block again. If you have a static IP i can whitelist.

I had the same message : ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. The same with site name or IP .

I used the WHATISMYIP, there is no block in my IP..... I attached all the tests.

I use Bascom in my office, and sometimes in my house. In my office there is no fixed IP, but maybe in my house I can try it.

I used the DNS from my office, that is NET CLARO, the largest in Brasil. And in my house I use Google DNS server, because some HAM sites had blocks.
But with any DNS server, the result are the same....

This had happen one time in the past, but I always had access using my cell phone. This time, even my cell phone can´t access ....

All tests are in attach.

Suggestions ?
